WHAT YOU ASKED FOR

I am not exactly what you asked for
How a visit to my consciousness
Requires a nap
A whirlwind of storms and shadows
A sweet palpitation between us
They would never know
How many times we have
Come to the edge
Without falling over
From darkness to darkness
In the end, we say I love you
And prepare for another day
